S112 HOUSE

The design began with the differing preferences of the homeowner couple, resulting in a blend of Industrial Loft and Modern Vintage styles. Steel structures and Metal Deck were chosen for this house to meet the need for fast construction.

For this project, the homeowner required fast construction and minimal noise, as the house is closely surrounded by other residences. Steel was therefore selected as the primary material for both the structure and flooring system. In particular, the Metal Decking system fulfilled the need for speed and efficiency, keeping the site clean and organized without repeated cutting or noisy welding. It also enables wider spans, effectively supporting the homeowner’s design requirements.
