Sharing Safety Culture in Manufacturing Operations

On 3 April 2026, NS BlueScope Vietnam conducted a knowledge-sharing session with Dai Dung Group at the An Hạ Plant, focusing on safety culture in manufacturing operations.
The session was delivered by Mr Truong Anh Hai, Vice President – HSEC, NS BlueScope Vietnam.

During the session, Mr Truong Anh Hai shared NS BlueScope Vietnam’s approach to safety management, with a focus on:

1. building a safety culture through systems and everyday operational behaviours,

2. applying safety principles based on data-driven and scientifically assessed methodologies at BlueScope,

3. and practical safety practices currently implemented at NS BlueScope Vietnam’s manufacturing facilities.

Through these real-world experiences, NS BlueScope Vietnam aims to provide customers with practical reference perspectives, supporting businesses in identifying operational risks and considering safety management approaches appropriate to their operating conditions.
